Good to know
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and everything happens in their web browser. It works on iPhone and Android.
How long is the guestbook open?
Guests can leave messages from one week before your event until seven days after, so those who couldn't attend can still take part. You'll have three months to enjoy and download your guestbook online.
What if the venue has poor signal?
Recordings are saved on the guest's phone and upload automatically once they have a connection. We also recommend displaying your venue's Wi-Fi details beside the QR sign.
Can guests who aren't at the event leave a message?
Yes. Share your guest link with anyone, anywhere. It's perfect for family overseas or friends who couldn't make it.
When will my USB or book arrive?
Keepsake USBs are posted within 14 days of your guestbook closing. Hardback books take around 3–4 weeks, as each one is designed individually.
What happens to the recordings afterwards?
Your guestbook is private to you. After your access period ends, we'll remind you to download everything, then all photos and recordings are permanently deleted in line with UK GDPR.
